The most popular type of massage, Swedish-style massage techniques help to relax your entire body with long strokes that glide along the muscles. This promotes blood circulation, increasing oxygen levels and dramatically decreasing stress hormone levels (cortisol). Studies show that Swedish massage can also boost the immune system, better arming your body against sickness.
Advanced Deep-Tissue Massage
Aches, pains and knots can be effectively eased and released with Advanced Deep-Tissue Massage. This is ideal if you suffer from chronic tension in any muscles that are located deeper in your body. With slow, gentle pressure and strokes, your tension and pain can be released without additional strain to your body.
Ashiatsu is a form of barefoot massage that is extremely popular across Asia. Your treatment is performed by one of our licensed and experienced therapists who specialize in this ancient technique. Ashiatsu is able to target deep tissues with smooth, gliding strokes or gentle compression. Choose from 50, 80 or 110 minute sessions.
Lymphatic Drainage Treatment
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is the manual manipulation of fluid in the body. It is a gentle but powerful therapy designed to decrease swelling and detox your body by removing blockages in the lymph system. We recommend first time clients begin with a 30-minute session. Regular sessions are 60 minutes.
Fascia Blasting Treatment
Fascia Blasting is the newest trend in safely reducing the look and build-up of cellulite from the body. Fascia Blasting is a manual therapy in which special tools are used to separate the layer of fascia adhering to the fat in the skin without pain.
Fascia blasting improves the look and texture of cellulite and your overall skin tone. It also lengthens your muscle structure and tone, stimulating stagnant trapped fluid to move out of the body as it should. We recommend first time clients begin with a 15-minute session. Regular sessions are 45 minutes. The abs, legs, or arms can be treated.
Cupping is an ancient technique that promotes circulation through the body and relieve tension. Your face or back can be treated.
When treating the face, it has a number of benefits:
Reduces puffiness caused by trapped fluids
Decreases the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and creases by stimulating the production of collagen
Improves the absorption of topically applied skincare products
Due to the relaxing and decongestive effects of our cupping techniques, some of our clients have experienced a reduction in headaches and anxiety as well.
When treating the back, it is particularly effective in easing any aches and pains you have in your muscles. Our clients enjoy temporary relief from stiffness, cramps and even sciatica following their treatment!
Our licensed therapists will ensure that an accurate amount of suction is applied to achieve your desired improvement.
Please note that any marks that are left on your body after your treatment are not bruises. They’re actually built-up toxins and stagnant fluids that have been drawn upward from where they were in the deeper tissues to the surface. While they may look like bruises, it simply means that these fluids and toxins have been eliminated from your deeper tissues and can now be more easily cleaned out of your body.request an appointment
